Easy setup for my ROG Ally

So I got the ROG Ally ROM sets from here. It was pretty straightforward. Got the download links right after buying. Took a bit to download everything, but that's just how big files are, ya know? Popped them onto my Ally, followed a basic guide, and it all just worked. No headaches or anything. Good stuff if you're not super techy but want to get gaming quickly.

Good ROMs, minor download issue

I ordered the 10 TB ROM Package for my Steam Deck. The checkout process was smooth, and I got the download links almost immediately, which was nice. Downloading the files took a while, as expected for 10 TB, but one of the larger archives failed halfway through. I contacted support, and they responded within a few hours with new links that worked perfectly. The ROMs themselves are well-organized and worked with EmuDeck without much fuss. Bought the 7 TB ROM Package. Download was quick. Files were organized well. Everything worked on my Batocera build. No issues at all.

Decent collection, slow support

I purchased the 20 TB ROM Package. The selection of games is very extensive, and most of them were ready to go with my EmuDeck setup, which was a huge time-saver. However, I had an issue with one of the larger console specific ROM bundles not extracting correctly. I submitted a support ticket, and it took about two full days to get a reply. They did resolve the problem eventually by providing an alternative download link, but the wait was a bit frustrating when I was eager to start playing. Overall, the value for money is there, but customer service could be a bit quicker.
